Where are you located?
Located in Cooranbong NSW, we service The Hunter Valley, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle and The Central Coast
Do you Deliver?
Yes we do! In fact we prefer to deliver all our cakes. Delivery rates are calculated based on the distance to your venue.
How do I place an order?
Orders can be made via the contact page on this website or via email or phone.
What payments do you accept?
We accept credit card payments via Square or you can find our banking details on your invoice.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. To reserve your event date, a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required. With the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to your event date.
HOw early should I book in?
Although we try our best to accommodate every order, we can book out weeks in advance. To avoid disappointment, we suggest getting in contact 4-6 weeks before your event.
Does my fondant cake need refrigeration?
No, Please DO NOT put any cake or cupcake with fondant in a fridge or cool room. It should be left in the cake box and away from direct sunlight until you are ready to display.
Do you offer gluten, nut or dairy free?
We have recipes that are Gluten, nut and dairy free but all our cakes are prepared and decorated in a kitchen that the equipment , at some point, has come in to contact with Gluten, nuts and dairy.
How much will my order cost?
The cost of your order will depend on many factors including the design, size and complexity. Each quote is priced individually but as a guide you will find my bases prices here.
Do you have a shop front?
No, we do not have a shop front. We are a Custom cake business making cakes to order in a registered kitchen
